This association of consultants and academics work through Developmental Action Inquiry and the Global Leadership Profile (GLP) to challenge and support senior teams as they guide organizations through transformations. With Bill Torbert, Elaine supervises the GLP.
• Principal Consultant of Quoia Company where consultants share a passion for transforming executive and team performance to make organizations economically stronger and more vibrant places to work.
• She is a lecturer and facilitator at Debaak Management Centrum in The Netherlands. A renowned training institute whose focus is on the individual and the individual’s effective interaction with the organization and wider society.
• A founding member of DeBaak Leadership Think Tank; a community of innovative thinkers and business leaders within Europe
• And a Fellow of Collaborative Developmental Action Inquiry (CDAI). A fellowship dedicated to the development & integrity of Action Inquiry practice…..as well as each other
